• Report refers to the written assessment document, visual setup guide, and follow-up consultation provided as part of a purchased Service package.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting the Website, submitting a contact form, or booking an ergonomic assessment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Website and our Services immediately.

3. Services Description

Restoreeusieveia provides professional workspace ergonomics analysis services designed to evaluate workstation setup, identify ergonomic risk factors, and deliver actionable recommendations. Our Services include but are not limited to:

• Desk Assessment: a focused 45-minute evaluation of a single workstation with a written report delivered within 48 hours.
• Full Workspace Review: a comprehensive 90-minute assessment covering the entire work environment with priority report delivery within 24 hours.
• Remote Setup Package: a virtual 30-minute guided assessment for home office workers with a digital setup guide.
• Add-on services including team assessments, quarterly check-ins, standing desk transition coaching, and equipment sourcing assistance.

Service descriptions, pricing, and deliverables are detailed on our Ergonomic Offerings page and may be updated periodically. The version in effect at the time of booking applies to your purchase.

4. Booking and Payment

All ergonomic assessment packages must be booked through our Website contact form or by phone. Booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment or issuance of a valid purchase order for corporate clients. Prices are listed in New Zealand dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment methods accepted include bank transfer and credit card. Restoreeusieveia reserves the right to modify pricing at any time; however, confirmed bookings are honoured at the price agreed at the time of booking.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure accurate and useful ergonomic assessments, Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their work habits, existing discomfort, and workspace configuration during consultations.
• Ensure access to the workspace being assessed at the scheduled appointment time for on-site visits.
• Prepare the workspace as normally used, with equipment in typical positions, for at least 30 minutes prior to the assessment session.
• Respond to follow-up communications within a reasonable timeframe to facilitate report delivery and implementation guidance.
• Inform Restoreeusieveia of any physical conditions or limitations relevant to ergonomic recommendations.

6. Assessment Reports and Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, Clients receive a non-exclusive licence to use their personalised assessment Report for personal or internal organisational purposes. The methodology, frameworks, report templates, and general ergonomic guidance materials remain the intellectual property of Restoreeusieveia. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit assessment Reports without prior written consent from the Company.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ergonomic assessments provided by Restoreeusieveia are advisory in nature and based on observational analysis and established ergonomic principles. Our Services are provided on an as-is basis. While we strive for accuracy and practical usefulness, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from implementing our recommendations. Our Reports are not a substitute for professional advice from qualified health practitioners. Clients are responsible for evaluating recommendations in the context of their individual circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Restoreeusieveia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Services or Website. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchased Service shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for that specific Service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable New Zealand consumer protection legislation.

9. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule an assessment appointment with at least 24 hours notice at no additional charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50 percent of the service price. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice are eligible for a full refund in accordance with our Return Policy. Restoreeusieveia reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances and will provide as much advance notice as possible.

10. Website Use

You agree to use restoreeusieveia.world only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Website. Prohibited activities include attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, transmitting malicious code, scraping content without permission, and using the Website for any fraudulent or misleading purpose.
